First day in Nijmegen started off raining and to the end boiling hot. Billy Sykes, Vincent Bailey Ladd, Jamie Beck, Travis Green, Rosie Neville and Ben Sykes all had a great time with the Nijmegen atmosphere taking it’s tole with a 4am start to 2pm finish. Crowds of people as there are thousands of people at every turn.
Final day completed and finally all the team got the medal. Everyone with high spirits as the day got going and parties started from 1am in towns and streets of the walk. By the end were partying with thousands of people being taken by the strength of the crowed to the finish line.
Everyone form the 129 team feeling ok no big problems only a couple of blisters like always.

Congratulations to all the cadets who have represented the Squadron at sport in 2014. We won 16 of the 22 trophies that were awarded! An outstanding performance! We did not leave much for the 33 other Squadrons in Kent Wing to fight over!

Cross country running
Well done to everyone in the Cross Country today! After pulling together a last minute team, we managed to win Under-15 boys, Under-17 boys and Junior Women, plus the Overall trophy! Amazing effort from everyone involved, and several of us off to represent Kent Wing in January. Well done everyone!
